How do I log in to take my courses?
To log in to our system, please click SIGN IN on the left side of the page. Type your username and password.
If you wish to skip the log in process next time you come to the website, click the Remember me next time checkbox. Click the Sign In button when ready.
If you are a first time user, please do not enter a password. Just type your assigned username and leave the password field blank. The next screen will allow you to choose your password for all subsequent visits.
I lost or forgot my username or password. How do I obtain them?
If you have forgotten your username or password, please type your email address below to receive your login information.
Do I have to take my online course all at once or can I quit and come back later to finish it?
Our online courses automatically bookmark each page that you view, so if you close your course window you may continue at a later time. You may take the course in multiple sessions using different computers, provided you have an internet connection and meet our course's minimum system requirements.
How do I access and re-print a certificate of a previously completed course?
Courses which you have completed are stored permanently on the Completed section of your My Courses page. To review your certificate, please expand the details of a course and view its certificate. Once opened, click on the print button at the bottom of the certificate.
What are the system requirements for the learning management system and online courses?
- Windows Operating System (2000, XP recommended) or Macintosh (OSX - Jaguar or higher)
- Sound card with speakers or headphones (optional)
- Mouse or other pointing device
- 56K Internet connection (broadband highly recommended)
- Cookies and Javascript enabled
- Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher (recommended) or Firefox 1.5 or higher
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher (This is necessary to view all forms and documents)
- Adobe Flash version 9 or higher plug-in
For how long can I access my online courses?
Our shopping cart customers enjoy access to the online courses for one year from the date of purchase. If your courses have been assigned to you by your company manager, your access time might be longer or shorter.
Why does my menu and/or user tree load slow or fail to load completely?
This might be due to your browser settings. Please try using the following settings:
IE 5 or 6:
- Go to: Tools --> Internet options --> General --> Temporary Internet files --> Settings.
- Make sure "check for newer versions of stored pages" is set to "Automatically"
IE 7:
- Go to: Tools --> Internet options --> General --> Browsing history --> Settings.
