And not only does stress affect our personal lives, it also affects our professional lives. In fact, according to a study by Northwestern National Life, one-fourth of employees view their jobs as the number one stressor in their lives.
This course discusses how stress can ultimately impact our performance and productivity through the excessive pressures and expectations that our jobs demand. It focuses on how to identify factors that contribute to stress at work, what the consequences of stress are, and how to control and minimize the effects of stress.
